Do you offer scholarships?

Scholarships awarded to incoming freshmen will be based on sixth, seventh, and eighth grade academic performance, TACHS exam scores, and personal interviews.  To be eligible, a girl must select Kearney as first choice on the TACHS exam.  Girls will be invited to enter the scholarship process in January after Bishop Kearney has received TACHS exam scores and junior high grades.

Where are you located?

Bishop Kearney is located at 60th Street and Bay Parkway, in Bensonhurst.  Transportation is through the B9 or B6 bus, or the F (Avenue N) or N (Bay Parkway) subway.  Direct bus service is available from Belle Harbor, Breezy Point and Gerittsen Beach in the morning.

Qualified students are eligible for full or half fare Metrocards from the MTA.  Applications are filed at registration.
