A new school year has begun at Bishop Kearney High School!  The Class of 2021 was officially welcomed into the Bishop Kearney community on Wednesday at orientation.  They became acquainted with their teachers and each other.  On Thursday the freshman continued their introduction to high school with business and some fun activities including a scavenger hunt and human bingo which they thoroughly enjoyed!  They got to know the building as they followed clues to some of the most popular places like the Library, the Fab Lab and the cafeteria!  They enjoyed lunch sponsored by the student council and had social time to get to know the upperclasswomen.

On Friday, September 8 the entire school came together to celebrate liturgy at St Athanasius.  Msgr Cassato spoke to all present about the challenges and joys ahead and implored all students to look to the Blessed Mother for guidance.  It was a wonderful way to begin our “mock” school day and prepare for an exciting year ahead!

We wish all of our students the best of luck as they begin this new school year.
